Counselling appointments
Our team of trained counsellors offer help to all those who need it, whatever their age, race, social background or personal beliefs. Counselling is offered in individual, group or family therapy sessions.
Upon contact with the Centre, prospective clients are invited to attend an Initial
Assessment Interview with one of our counsellors. Clients are given time to explain
their concerns in a private and confidential setting. If prospective clients wish
to pursue counselling help, they are offered a series of appointments with a member
of the counselling team.
Our counsellors can give help for a wide range of problems which people may face,
including relationship issues, depressed mood, anger, grief & loss, addictions, self-
At the conclusion of counselling, the client is asked if they would be willing to
evaluate and comment on the service they have received. Such feedback is essential
for the ongoing development of the Centre.
The Centre relies primarily on donations
to fund its work and clients are invited to make a donation (according to their ability
to pay) towards the cost of each counselling session.
